To anyone ever buying a home in Virginia,

Three years ago I met Kerry Kreis when my wife and I bought our first home in Virginia since we eventually plan to retire there from New York. Kerry not only helped us locate a home, he aided us greatly in finding the perfect neighborhood as we were less familiar with the area. After the sale, Kerry connected us with a management company that could rent and maintain our new property until we did make the big move. Kerry himself actually found our first tenant for us. The process was such a success that three months later we returned to Kerry and purchased a second house nearby. Ever since then Kerry has remained in touch with us and been very helpful in serving as our eyes and remaining hands-on with our investments.

Just recently we have purchased two more homes in Virginia with Kerry's help and again he did far more to assist us than I would have expected of any other agent. With us being five states away Kerry handled every detail, we could have never bought these four homes without his constant attention and support. Each time we have made the trip south Kerry cleared his calendar and made us feel as if we were his only client.
